importing process misses some definitions

Definitions for service_perfdata_command and service_perfdata_processing_command are not read into the Lilac database when importing from nagios.cfg. After an import of the file, the "Provide Value" box is not checked and the value from the file has not been chosen. These are often used by users of the nagios_grapher tool.

Also, temp_path does not seem to exist at all in Lilac - there is no place in the daemon configuration to set this so naturally it's not read in by the importer.

These issues exist in the 1.0.4-svn tree.
